    Got my Collector's Edition as of today, 1st April (pre-ordered on 18th March), 2 days later (2nd day after launch).

    I still consider suing UBIShop for this.

    Today I sent one more last email to digitalriver
    I told them I want my money and all that BS Im talking lately....

    Finally they answered me. They couldnt cancel because game was sent 31th.

    WTF I canceled 30th and game is sent 31st ¿?

    ..... UPS has just arrived home and I have the game.... Now I know that game was shipped 29th and I can see the nice tracking number in the package...

    Order still in process in UBIMESSHOP...

    Orders are doing their way to customers but UBISHOP is a mess. Completely lack of information.

    Thank you for you effort Ms-kleaneasy.

    I hope UBI give some keys to all customers still waiting.

    Thanks, will I get a key if no delivery today so that I might get the download? I've had lots of delivery from DHL before and they have never delivered in this area later than this 4.05 PM.

    No, you said yesterday on this thread you were going to ask, talking to support is a waste of time I'm sorry to say, they have fobbed me off before.

    I guess I can forget about CoD CE for today and the weekend now, *sigh*

    I said I would look into codes for those who's game hadnt arrived, yours has been dispatched so the issue is where it is and that of course needs a tracking number. I've not been able to get one I'm afraid.

    I had thought you had already contacted support, as thats not been the case I would suggest you do.
