    I'm a Beta "OG".
This is gonna sound weird but.....No I would not....Even though I am. Just because I've been invested in this for far too long.

Honestly, though what's gonna clinch it for me is the Shields. If any of the Shields requirements are PVP oriented, then no, not gonna bother. Cause I don't pvp so what's the point?

    "Kill 10 Rogues"
    Uh....How? Lol. Not gonna happen.

    "Survive 10 Manhunts"

    BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    "Hijack 50 extractions"

    ROTFLMFAO and yours too!

So, if I earn all Shield badges unlocking content for TD2, yes

If they're pvp oriented then no.

If you ask me now i probably will. I still play D1 mainly LS with few friends most of them said they are gonna buy and this is part of why i'd buy it. I like what they showed and E3 if i get invire for beta gonna test it and gonna deside.

    Not yet.
I won't buy it until it's running properly no matter when it releases.
I might not buy it even then...on principle alone.

Step 1: Try to play beta.
Step 2: Wait until the release date.
Step 3: Start to watch videos, read forum and try to understand if the main problems with TD were addressed by developers. (NETCODE, GAMEPLAY, DZ).
Step 4: Try to avoid spoilers.
Step 5: Buy the game if step 3 is a positive feedback.

I'm on the fence - they did at least fix the support station overlapping issue eventually... still grenade stagger bug.

Lately I'm seeing a pattern as well - GE starts and everything falls apart 2-3 days in magically everything starts working fine with good server performance, few days after the GE ends and the attention is off server performance starts sliding - they are obviously cutting it to the bare minimum when they can despite some denials - that doesn't encourage me.

I'm actually quite positive mostly about what I've seen of TD2 so far though so that helps to pull me over a bit - though there seems a bit of a disconnect between the developers and how most people really play the game outside a few streamers, etc. and as to how well the mechanics of some things actually work for people playing the game versus the on paper.

I will buy it day 1. I have really enjoyed the first game. Does it have its problems, sure it does. However I have played this game longer than any other game I have ever owned. I think it's a combination of enjoying the game itself and being able to play online with my brother and another friend or two. I like being able to get in a group and just play and have a good time doing PVE even if it is repetitive. I paid what $90 or something like that at launch and have over 2000 hours played over going into 3 years. I will take that every time.

I know one thing for sure, the only way to get D1 sorted is simple, don't pre order d2. Once they realise it's not ok with players to still have a broken game 2 years on it might prompt them to actually fix things. Money is all that talks to these clowns.
