1. ABOUT THE CREW 2 – OPEN BETA
a) How can I participate to the Open Beta?
The Crew 2 Open Beta is accessible for free to all players on Xbox-One, PS4 and PC (in eligible countries). Please note that an Ubisoft account is required to be able to play the game.
You don’t need any keys to join the Open Beta, simply go to your platform store, download on www.thecrewgame.com/beta and play!
Xbox One:
o Reach the Games menu and search for The Crew 2 Open Beta
PS4:
o Go to the Playstation Store and search for The Crew 2 Open Beta,
Uplay PC
o Launch Uplay PC launcher, The Crew 2 Open Beta will be available in your Free Games list.
Steam
o Launch Steam, search for the The Crew 2 Open Beta product page and click on “Play now” button to download the Open Beta in your library.
b) When can I play the Open Beta?
The Crew 2 – Open Beta will be available between Thursday, June 21st at 8am UTC / 10am CEST / 4am EDT to Monday, June 25th at the same time.
In order to start playing as soon as the Beta begins, we highly recommend that you preload the build from June 11th.

c) Which platforms is the Beta available on?
The Crew 2 – Open Beta will be available on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Steam & Uplay. .

2. CONTENT
a) Are we playing the full game?
This Beta version comprises a work-in-progress chunk of the content from The Crew 2.
You will be able to explore the entire open-world in freedrive but also discover the first 8 disciplines of the title:
- Street Racing
- Powerboat
- Rally Raid
- Aerobatics
- Drift
- Motocross
- Touring Car
- Jetsprint
Coop play also is available among Beta players, do not hesitate to join our “Looking for group” forums to organize your next play session!
b) Will my progression be carried over to the full game?
Your characters and progression from this Beta won’t be kept for the final game.
3. TECHNICAL INFORMATION
a) What is the size of the Open Beta?
The download file is approximately of 30GB. Make sure you have enough space on your hard drive, and give yourself some time for the download by taking opportunity of the preload phases.
b) Can I preload the Beta?
The Open Beta will be available for preload on all platforms starting June 11th. If you want to play as soon as the Open Beta is available, we recommend that you download the game beforehand!
c) Do I need a Ubisoft Account?
Yes, a Ubisoft account is mandatory to participate to the Open Beta.
d) Do I need an internet connection to play this Beta?
The Crew 2 being an always-connected living experience, an internet connection is required to play this Beta.
e) Do I need an Xbox Live Gold or PlayStation®Plus membership to participate in the Beta?
As for the final game version, this Beta will be fully playable in solo without any XBL Gold or PSN+ subscription. However, playing with friends or joining a crew features will be unavailable without them.
f) Is the Beta PS4 Pro / Xbox One compatible?
Just like the final game, this The Crew – Beta includes enhanced features on PS4 Pro & Xbox One X.
g) What are the PC system requirements?
To be able to play this Beta in the best conditions, we recommend you to check that you meet the following requirements.
Please note, if you already downloaded the Closed Beta version, this Open Beta will be available as a patch to download when the preload is starting. However, progression won’t be kept between the two versions.
