OK I've got:
Intel core i5 3550 CPU @ 3.30GHz
8.00 GB ram
64 bit ops
Nvidia 560 GTX

To run for honor at 60 fps on say high quality do I need just a new graphics card or more? I don't need top of the line but I want it to look good and play at 60 fps.

Playing on a similar CPU with 8 GB RAM but a 1070 GTX, running @150 Frames with medium settings. Disabled all the fancy stuff no one sees or wants to see when fighting (reflections, effects on emotes and executions, low LOD). I wanted to get over 140 FPS because I have a 144hz Monitor. Your rig should do fine with a 1060 or higher graphic card.
