Two days ago I purchased Far Cry 5 Gold Edition for PS4, the payment was taken from my bank account but I have yet to receive a confirmation email and my order history remains empty. I've submitted two tickets regarding this issue but nobody has replied, I should have known better than to be tempted by an offer on your site. I won't do it again. Does anyone from Ubi actually do anything other than take people's money?
