While I was playing For Honor I had to leave and while on the main menu I closed my laptop, when I returned my game was now windowed with border. Does anyone know how to fix this? I've tried closing the game and opening it back up but it stills stays windowed with a border.

You should be able to change that in the Game Settings menu, if you head to the Video settings.

Alternatively, try hitting Alt+Enter. This should put you into Windowed mode, then hit it again to put you back into Fullscreen.
