Suggestion for those Complaining about lack of Dev.

Let me first start by saying that I am also frustrated and have voiced my concerns. But now thinking, and looking at the steam data, GRW has seen a near 20% drop in players on steam in the past 30 days, it is not just us. I believe I have a better solution that I hope will be more impactful than re-hashing issues already noted. Clearly after all this time and attempted feedback, Ubi knows what they need to do and what we want. I feel like I see the same cycle of threads every couple of weeks. If you are also frustrated, simply stop playing the game. Thats what I have done. My reasoning: The only way I see a truly impactful message will be sent or for devs to see the consequences of their actions is to NOT PLAY. For them to see a concrete, drastic drop in player count and not simply comments and banter. What Call of Duty Infinite Warfare showed the gaming executives is that you CAN put out garbage as long as people buy it and keep playing it. The only thing that will legitimately make companies more thoughtful is for their mistakes to be consequential. Not flaming ubi, just suggesting a better feedback method now that this one seems to be completely ineffective. Let me end by saying I'm no ideolog, the title is "suggestion" and not meant to be an absolute prescription for all. Simply my thoughts on how to better have your voice heard.

I highly doubt that nor do I think you have evidence to support your claim. Even if that were a possibility, Would you rather be shot 10 times in the body or one to the head? Slow death or know the outcome for sure? I’m not looking for 1k players to drop, 300 would be noticeable los with how low the player count is.

I think I may be on board just because I haven't been able to work up the energy to get past the main menu for the last few days. Every time in the last 2 months ended with disappointment. The same high vis issues.

The average player count per hour, just on steam, is 2,000. That is the average players per hour and the total is somewhere around 40k per day around the world. Add the console players where the sales were about 5 times the PC and you'll get an idea of how many still play.

Sorry for being a bit off topic, but when I look at the infestation of drug crap in Far Cry 5, and their turning Assassin's Creed into an RPG with dialog choices and varied outcomes that shouldn't even be possible in a game that uses DNA tracing to track people's memories, this is their only combat series that isn't completely going into self destruct mode.

Despite it's quirks, GRW is still a pretty decent game, which is why so many still play it.

Totally agree I would absolutely say it is above average. As the ending stated, this is not bashing the game or telling everyone to stop playing as much as it is about bring frustrated with the same suggestions being Brought up over and over again with little to no avail. Of course not everyone shares the same concerns with the same fervor so again, not trying to force anyone to do anything, nor would I hate on people for making their own decision.. This is directed at a very specific portion of the grw community.

I actually like the change in assassin's creed lol. It gives more depth as a game in terms of combat, while WRPG dialog choices can simply be a roleplay aspect for players to picture and decide what the assassin's ancestors would be in their own version. Obviously better than having hipster narcos and pink monster trucks.

Anyway, back to topic. On PS4, we only can see the game's activity through Trending tab. But that only shows the recent live stream, screenshot, and video footage shared to multiple online medias. From what I can see, mostly are playing Ghost War and for a 1.5 year game with long yet sub-par support quality, the amount of it is neither good or bad. The game is safe to be said that it is alive due to PvP (which also safe to say that a lot in PvP community only care as far as the availability of PvP in a game) considering co-op matchmaking usually either failed or running into same person since January.

Now if we, the PvE userbase are to completely drop the game (which we pretty much already have more or less), the developer will simply drop the support as soon as their current Year 2 plan is done.

We are no longer at the period of time like when The Division had its userbase declined. We can't expect the same turntable support for this game.

Suggestions have not been "with little to no avail". A lot of the changes we have seen in each patch have been based on fan suggestions. From big ones like AI customisation and helicopter controls, to medium ones like NVG flipping and HUD settings, to seemingly minor quality of life improvements like selecting which vehicle to spawn, turning radios off, the whole squad collecting resources when one player grabs them etc.

No matter how you try to deny the truth, the PvE in this Game is fading, or already dead. Thats no Shame and GRW had a good Time.
How about being realistic at least this one Time...?
