Only Chinese/Russian Installation Language Options | Forums

So I recently picked up the free copy of For Honor and my only options are to launch it in Russian or Chinese. Considering I didn't buy the game through shady online retailers or VPNs, I'm confused as to why I'm region locked for these countries/languages. Does anyone know how to fix it?
