Greetings!

Something is very wrong with my account; I see all my friends and contacts offline (thus I can't play with them since you cannot invite offline players) while some of them are indeed online! They also can recieve and send me chat messages, but interaction in the game is impossible. I can play online normally, matchmaking works fine, but it's like I am isolated from my community! Please help!
