Hello

I have 2 questions.

(1) My internet is limited so last night I have downloaded 24GB of the game and there is a play button available, when I tried it I got:

Starting Game, Unable to start game please check that your game has been installed correctly. If the problem....

Have you moved your game and/or it's files? If so select the folder where the game is now located.

After I point to the folder (same folder), game asks me to verify files, verification happens, not sure if it download anything, anyway I try to run game and I get the same error, unable to start game?

Please avoid the easy answer: delete game folder and download from start.

(2) Can I close uplay client and resume download? or I will lose the downloaded part (24GB)?

Hey Samurai_Edge, have you tried locating game files? If that doesn't work, I'd recommend waiting until it's done installing to try to play. Also, you should be able to resume download.

I have no option to advance from that error without pointing to the folder so yes I did chose the correct folder (same folder, already chosen).

I want to try the game because I don't want to download another 24GB before knowing if it's worth playing or if it is even playable on my PC, my internet quota is 70GB per month so not that easy.

Anyway thanks for the reply.

Download stopped at 27GB for no reason, paused it and resumed several times but nothing worked, restarted uplay while paused and the download is back to 3GB

24GB of download is gone, disappeared

I heard so much bad things about uplay but today I realized that uplay is crap compared to other clients

Hey!

We recommend restarting your PC and seeing if you can resume the download, you will also be unable to play unless the game is fully downloaded.
If a fresh restart doesn't help the download, please complete the connectivity troubleshooting.

I stopped the download, I don't want to play the damn game anymore.

If I can't play without fully downloading then don't program the client to tell people they can play the game before finishing the game if you can't find a decent programmer to make it work like it says it do.

Other clients just WORK, this seems like a beta at best. what a disappointment uplay is know I believed all things I heard about you...
