The next obvious question is...can you add mud to the rider too? I’d like to say yes.

Yeah I would be surprised if we couldn't at least adjust the colour and particle amount, mud, sand, dust snow... all should be possible to achieve.

The next next question, would riding through water clean a muddy bike?

About 4 minutes later towards the end: the bike and rider are covered in mud!

You kind of answered your own question. If we can adjust the color and amount then there can also be an event chain that cleans the guy as he touches water
