Everytime I try to play with friends,it says that I should try again later.When they invite me it's the same thing.They can play with eachother,but I can't join.I can play multiplayer,only with my friends not.What should I do?

I'm playing on PC(laptop).I did my research and I read if I re-install the game it will work.Now I am re-installing it.
What should I do? NAT was green,my friends' too.

It happens like this: I send them an invitation/they send me an invitation ,my/their banner dissapears from the lobby they are in(they were alone in the lobby),it stays hidden for like 5-6 seconds,then it reappears and says that I should try later/they should try later.We tried inviting eachother by pressing Shift + F2 ,still a fail,we tried creating a chat group,still fail.What should we do to play togheter?And it happens just to me,cause they can play togheter,but I can't join them...they are playing right now,but I can't join them...

I reinstalled the game,but it still doesn't work.I tried some of the steps there,but still,no result.I can play multiplayer,but I can't with my friends...

Sorry to hear that, could you please open a Support Ticket and submit an image of your forwarded ports?
