Which is quite some time away, so that could've been a long time without any real new info on the new Trials.
Perfect observation, we must stay hungry for more details

The way I see it is a lot of games only get some fancy cinematic or even just a shiny name on a black screen when they're first revealed as a new game at E3. All the footage I've seen has a transparent watermark that says 'work in progress' this leads me to believe is relatively fresh and they're in the 1/4 or 2/4th quarter of building the game. Honestly I'm impressed that Redlynx worked so hard they were able to show us multiple beautiful tracks, a really polished new mode some of the editor and glimpses at the new rider customization. All whilst working on South Park phone destroyer at the same time. I wouldn't worry too much, this is only the beginning and there's a lot more to come and be seen in the next 8 months.
