The matchmaking system doesn't make any sense since the beginning of the game

can someone tell me why a full team who has their whole team get an instant level 3 bot when they lose one player while the other team who started the match with one teammate down (handicap) have and will have a level 1 bot for the rest of the match.

because this "skill" pairing doesn't make sense i end up leaving 100 percent of the games when ever i see a bot in my team.

now I am constantly being matched up with low skill players even though it tells me my skill level is higher than my allies, now since my allies skill is low i would expect that if one leaves there would be a level 2 bot to help make the match fell less like I'm handicapping my team right? well the game thinks that the opposite team who have skill on par or higher than me to get a level 3 bot when they lose a player.

so my question is why does this game constantly handicap one team that has been missing a player with a useless brain dead level 1 bot while the opposite team gets a level 3 bot even though they all have high rep players and high skill level
