No Analog Triggers on Switch - Any Ideas

I really want the Switch version of this game, but I am really concerned about there not being analog triggers on the Joycons/Pro Controller. This will really effect trials gameplay, especially on Hard/Extreme Courses.

How do you think they will handle this problem for this game?

It's not the problem you think it is. Trials Evo Gold Edition was released on PC, with the capacity to be played with arrow keys. Even further back, T2SE and even the Miniclip games were all based around the arrow keys. I managed to plat all the extreme tracks on keyboard, and Blubbi rides ninja level 5's on keyboard (granted, Fusion improved the functionality over Evo's compatibility with keyboard). It's all a matter of what you get used to, but the game is certainly very much playable and enjoyable without analog inputs.

I hope they put out a demo on Switch to test it. Maybe map the gas to the right analog stick for analog throttle/brake?

I'm pretty sure both the joy-cons and Pro Controller have bumper buttons. My guess is throttle/brake would be mapped to those

Like Charon said above. Also dpad works fine too - although, it was much better on the older games. I used dpad on HD.

Sure they have. But to give an option for analog throttle/brake they could use the right stick.

Make sure RedLynx On All Consoles if you can, buttons or sticks cross game stuff are working well, so if someones makes a skillgame on either platform it's coinsynic with each other, but if awesome how trials has evolved !

    I recommend a PS4 for modern games.

I am running a PC / Switch combo, so no need for a PS4 or XB1 for me. I just would really like a portable version of Trials that is fun to play, even for harder tracks.
