I don't really believe this will even be an AC game. It definitely seems to be something else, and they just wanted to capitalise on the AC name.Originally Posted by Kiroku Go to original post
I agree. I think this was absolutely ridiculous, and just a literally shameless attempt to milk the name of the series. I have no more words to classify this travesty, honestly. Thank God we have The Last of Us, just in a few hours.Originally Posted by BananaBlighter Go to original post
Definitely what's bothering me the most is that I can't understand their logic. Surely they would pull this move once AC meets a lull in popularity again (i.e. drastic changes only when things are going badly). Origin's was very well received because apart from the story, it was a clear constructive response to fan feedback in so many ways. If they were just going to jump back to 'annualisation mode' so quickly, why even bother with that two year break.Originally Posted by joelsantos24 Go to original post
We know they're not very logical or reasonable, otherwise we wouldn't have had so many problems with passed games, like Unity or Syndicate. It makes no sense, except to their wallets, perhaps.Originally Posted by ModernWaffle Go to original post
Oh man I can't wait for TLOU2! Unfortunately I'll be asleep during the conference, so I'll have to check it out tomorrow.Originally Posted by joelsantos24 Go to original post
