As soon as I heard him talking on his two-way after he takes out his first enemies in this game, I recognised the voice. Or at least I think I do. Can't find any info anywhere online regrading who the voice actor is, but after much head scratching it came to me.

Is it Rooker Yondu, I wonder? I suppose the end credits will reveal the actors, but I skipped them last time and I'm only half way through my current play through.

No it isn't. I thought it was Michael Biehn. Credits list Wendell Redler voiced by Billy McLellan.
