I got hit from behind by an overhead Kensei Heavy Attack for 1953 damage. It wasnt a falling strike, or anything else.

As to the OP, without any video we cannot give viable feedback. From my experience, that's something only capable with a jumping attack. Outside of that, it sounds like the old warden unlock exploit, wherein he would grab you from an unlocked state and then go right into an overhead heavy that 1shot you. If this is the case, you should put that video in to the support team to get it looked at.

I have the screenshot proving the damage, but im not sure if i saved a recording for that match.
I cant find a way to add it on here from an Android, i dont have a computer at the moment.
