I have also experienced this myself when launching the DirectX version of the game from Steam and needed to force close the game through Task Manager.
We now have an investigation into this issue and what may be causing it, I will make our QA team aware of this thread, thank you.
After closing Siege, either by exiting through the menu or using alt+f4, the game still runs in the task background, preventing me from playing any other Steam or Ubisoft games.I have to manually close it off through task manager. I have also noticed that while running in the background, it still uses around 15% CPU and 1.5 GB ram. Is there any way to fix this?
