I don't know if it's a bug or intended (i hope not the latter). But when you're scanning with any camera, Alibi (moving or not) cannot be scanned with them, if there's a single hologram in the camera view.

If it's intended, i think it's pretty broken that even when she's moving, she cannot be scanned / pinged.
