It's been a while since I finished the story campaign and stopped playing. An hour ago, I launched the game with the intent on playing the new DLC. To my surprise, once in game it needed to complete some installation process for the new content so I decided to look at the weekly challenge while waiting.

Once the update was done, I loaded my old campaign and decided to do the challenge. Cleared out an outpost and when to the shop to refill my ammo when I saw this:

Had some problem with the previous link, I hope this one works. It's a 2560x1440 picture. The flag and the radio are the worst offender here.

This isn't the only "low" resolution textures I saw but I didn't see any point in posting 200 screen shots.

As nostalgia already kicked in and I'm imagining playing a game with sharper textures, did the game always looked like that? These looks like textures you would have from far away and the higher resolutions one never loaded in once I got closer.

I play the game on Ultra at 2560x1440. I've tried changing to lower settings and back to ultra. I've closed and restarted the game. I'm using the same driver I was using when I played a campaign almost 2 months ago. The only thing that changed, to my knowledge, was the update for the DLC.
