Lb is just not as fun he used to be.

I'm a rep 47 with him. I've played him almost religiously from the start of the game. He looks so F***ing cool. But he just so boring to play. When the game first came out he was powerful but not to strong he shove on block gave you a good mixup. which in my own opinion is something that holds him back. Because his whole play style is centered around blocking parrying. You cant open people up if they dont want to throw out attacks and now everyone has quick attacks so blocking is harder (I play ok xbox) and half the time I block I get hit with the second attack after. He has 13 attacks 8 of them you need to block or perry. He has 4 different attacks from neutral. One of which the second light in the chain comes out as slow as a heavy. Swift Justice and Swift Justice finisher are just the same things with a light attack tacked on to the end. Never in my life have I used Make Way. The long arm is only useful if you get lucky or the other hero is occupied with somebody else in a 2v1, if you miss he stands there like a idiot. His shove from neutral is slow and easy dodged. And if it connects you generate alot of revenge for the other hero. Alot of my fights end up with me almost killing the other hero and he ends up getting revenge. His zone is terrible. So out of 13 moves over half you need to block or perry 1 is useless, Two of his moves are the same thing. I don't want to throw ian attacks because most of them start with a heavy (which are slow) or I need to block an attack. People don't want to attack a lawbringer so he doesn't get the shove. Which turns into a staring match. Or they throw out shoves or kicks.

The ups to him are He has alot of health and He's great in revenge, one of the best but you dont always get that. He also has that unblockable but if they perry the first heavy you dont get the unblockable. He has a fast top light.

In conclusion I feel like he's has not alot to go on he's not super fun to fight as and from what I've heard from my friends he's not fun to fight against.

Well, I think none of the character will be fun to play on rep 47. Really. It's just hundreds of hours with one char, with his playstyle and his kit. With 57-10 maps in 1-2 gamemode. Only none humans can have fun from doing same things again and again in same decoration for hundreds hours. Really. So, it's ok.

My LB is rep 50, and I had fun playing every single one of those reps. I wouldn’t have got him to 50 if he wasn’t the hero I had the most fun with.

It’s not ok that his move set is very limiting and how heavily he has to rely on parry punishes and the block-shove mechanic. He needs changes just as badly as the other OG heroes.

I didn't say LB isn't fun. I have rep 7 LB and I really enjoy to play him. But I just can't imaging playing on one char for most of play time.

As for LB rework, I agree, he need some new tricks. But halberd on S6 logo will give us hope for LB will be next reworked char.

Yeah, you kinda did say he isn’t fun to play at a high rep. But I guess that’s your own personal opinion, and that’s fine. The grind was massive and took a year basically, I can see how that’s not for everyone.

My comment not compared with character. It was compared with grind. Play almost a year on one char with his limits and session game with it's limits don't look fun for me at all.
I still think Ubi choose a wrong way, when said, that For Honor is a game where you focused on one character. It's to boring play the same guy every day.
    But yes, it's my opinion.

Can't think of a class less fun to play against other than centurion tbh. Masses of health to get through, block shove spam, friggin impale off of ledges and into spikes, most just sit and turtle in a 1 on 1 and punish aggressive play. Very linear to play against, I'd hope he's up for a total rework next along with Valkyrie and Shugoki.

Ran into the same problem with Nobushi and right now I think she is rep 40 something(Xbox). Almost everything in her kit is unsafe and the moves that are, are very boring. Same could be said for my Valkyrie. It's just a Hybrid problem altogether or maybe just older Characters.

When the game first came out I'm sure you could use just about everything is Lawbringer's kit but as time goes on people learn and adapt and through trial and error you figure out what's to use and what not to use which ultimately goes from 10 moves down to maybe 3-4, just jabbing people with fast lights until they are pissed off enough to attack you or feint until they do something.
