How To Turn Off The HUD in Far Cry 5

    Hi gang,

I've seen this question pop up on these forums, as well as a few others, and had a bit of time so I threw together a quick video on how to turn off the HUD in Far Cry 5. It's pretty straightforward, but I was surprised how many folks kept asking. I tried to keep it short and to the point.

    Hope this helps.

I don’t recall anyone asking this question, and have to say only an imbecile wouldn’t know how to do this.

As for the Hour Of Darkness DLC, do you happen to know if there is anyway to turn off the perk icons, crouch indicator and air-strike tokens on the right side of the screen? But leave everything else on.

Aside from doing an All Off/ All On, I believe there are specific toggles for each UI element. At least in FC5. I'd have to take a peek in Hour of Darkness, but I wasn't able to play it yet.

I like you. You're fun and full of cotton candy and rainbows.

It's a nice video but most of the concern around HUD I see is related to the fact that it can't be completely disabled, even with interface set to all off.

Inktank44, thank you! It's always nice to see someone trying to help others! By the way, as far as I understand the game is created initially for the use of "crutches" (HUD) and only as an option
we can turn them off. But it would be nice to see another variant, in the next game, when game initially will be developed as - without HUD, and only as option - to turn them on!
