Casual is UNPLAYABLE because of Diamonds and their friends

    Hello everybody,

I'm a PS4 R6 player since the very beggining of Blood Orchid and I was also a beta tester. I play basically every single day, a good amount between Casual and Ranked but I always found myself coming back to Casual matches just because I thought it was more fair - in therms of ranks - then your usual Ranked match where you always get to play against 2 players that are much much higher level, rank and skill than you and your team.
That has changed and Casual is now in the border line of unplayable.
Can someone explain to me, please, how the hell me, being Gold IV got matched up agains Diamonds and Platinuns the entire week on Casual, and why none of these guys end up on my team?
I'm just really tired of people exploiting the rank system and partying with lower ranks, even to play Casual - which the biggest reward would be Alpha Packs and highlight material. Did the matchmaking just completly stopped working? It's not even trying to be fair?
I'm getting like to 40-50% Alpha Pack chances before getting one because I always lose.
I'm pretty happy with the rank I'm in, I'm a good match against Gold players, but when your team is always Bronze and Silver, while the enemy is full of high skilled players - usually using Mouse and Keyboard, it's nearly impossible to do something about it. Even the low rank players in the enemy teams are good (usually Smurf accounts), or sometimes even better than the Plats and Diamonds. The funny thing is, they ALWAYS leave the match at the end at the same time, I wonder why....?
PLEASE FIX CASUAL FOR THE LOVE OF TACHANKA!

As far as I know, Casual doesn't take your rank into consideration upon Matchmaking, which is indeed utter bullcrap... Always infuriates me, when I sit down with some real life friends to chill a bit in Siege, only to get basically buttraped by high gold and platinum players. :/

So what would your answer be hmm plats and diamonds make up a very low percentage of the player base in each seperate platform. They actually used to use rank for casual and it wasn't unusual for high plats and diamonds to play the same ppl over and over. That gets boring and stale quick. And realistically very few of the hundreds of high plats or diamonds try in casual. Some ppl get owned by a stupid play then scream try hard. For example as a gold 1 I got matched against some coppers and low silvers on clubhouse. My team got bedroom so I peeked the window in server room and killed two ppl when they tried to rappel up to bedroom 25 seconds in because no one checked that window. Then their final guy hid outside for 2 minutes till I got tired of waiting and did a run out. It put me at 8 and 0 so of course one of the silvers cried saying I'm a try hard when all I did was basic crap that would get me killed in a serious match.

The best thing to do is watch what those higher level players do ,where they set up and practice those maneuvers to get better. Because face it if all you play against is your rank most of the time especially if you're below gold 3 you're more than likely never going to get better.

The toxicity makes it unplayable. Teamkilling, destroying team gadgets, people leaving as soon as they die, replaced, then they leave when they die. You literally go through about 18 players in one game sometimes. But hey, it's the only way to have any sort of decent map variety, so I guess it has to be tolerated.

Oh no, rank mean a lot, especially when talking about diamonds. When I see a diamond in casual I prefer to find a new match, cause he will probably a 1 man killing machine. I played a lot of casual matches with diamonds so... Not again, please.

But you are almost diamond just one rank between you and diamond, i dont get you what is your problem Diamonds are good at shooting but rarely they are supermans. I prefer to play against better players than iam, thats the way you learn.
