UBISOFT - Do you even read your customer comments on this site?
You are alienating your best customers, yeah us who spent the extra money for the gold edition.
Your lack of response to the weapons and other gold edition content disappearing with the release of the latest update is appalling.
Admit that you ****ed up and tell us how and when it will be fixed. Hiding behind "restart the game" fixes to buy time is ********.
Communicate to your customers or lose them. It's not the fact the bug/glitch happened but the fact that you refuse to acknowledge your culpability and communicate your plan to resolve that has me not wanting to buy any more of your products.
