Some heroes' executions worth more than others

It's a simple fact. A raider, highlander or other characters relying on high damage heavy attacks can use their executions far more often than a character without high damage heavies. Some characters get a heavy off of a guardbreak, which means a guardbreak at the end of the match is an execution, while others get special attacks only without the execution.
Gameplaywise in 4v4, it might be balanced to give some characters harder times regaining hp, but on one hand, some characters just can't do the execution missions properly, and on the other hand, the player playing them will have less chance watching it for the same amount of steel. I don't know if you have data about the amount of each heroes' executions, but if you have, more opportunity for the ones with less chance would be nice.

To my knowledge, there currently aren't any concerns with each hero's ability to execute an enemy. Executions are supposed to be difficult and rewarding to attain. While some heroes playstyles do center on their heavies, all heavies are generally extremely reactable unless guaranteed.

Is there a hero in particular you are having a hard time being to execute with?

I mostly play peacekeeper in duel mode, and I find it now especially hard, even harder than it was before the rework. 90% from my executions come from fights where my opponent is bleeding to death and doesn't bother blocking my last attack/trying to attack back in the last seconds, but the window for an execution is very small, if the opponent has more health than 20, he will not die from the heavy itself, and if the opponent has less, they will more likely to bleed to death before it lands.
The pk's side dodge attack deals 15 damage, and very unlikely to be a finishing move, while most of her other attacks deal 20. Her heavy finishers do 25, but they will only land if the opponent is sure a dagger cancel is coming. If she parries a light attack, the opponent must be under 20 health to be executed, if she guardbreaks an opponent, she needs a wall in a very specific position and the opponent with a very specific health to execute, and since her mixups mostly rely on light attacks, the execution has a low chance during them too. Statistically, she has poor chances pulling off an execution.

Peacekeeper heavyes are kind of a joke tbh : 20 dmg is basically a light for some character, even less for special attacks like warden Shinobi or orochi

Hah, play on Shino, and order about executions will take centuries to do.=D

His heavies deal far more damage, and his heavy is guaranteed on guardbreak and ranged guardbreak. PK heavies deal 20 and not guaranteed on guardbreak. I am pretty sure that the shinobi has easier time doing it.
