I´m playing the beta on PS4, and I was just wondering if anyone know if I can invite a PC-friend to my session??
And if that´s possible, how do i do that?

It's not possible to play cross platform, they would need to be playing on PS4 as well.

Is this only in the beta, or a permanent thing in the finished game as well?

It will very likely be the same in the released game, as the servers will be separate from each other.
