I really want for honor to be a great game there is a lot that for honor has to offer but i do feel as though centurion heavy is way too fast i am glad a assasin there really isnt any reason centurion heavy is faster than my Lights i am a assasin not to mention cent get two really quick heavy on top of all the unblockable he has its an unfair advantage how fast centurions heavys are which are the fastest heavy in the game and he is a hybrid not a assasin DEVS PLEASE CONSIDER NERFING CENTURIONS SPEED HEAVY REASONABLY THANK YOU

Reducing his heavy speeds won’t make the game any better. His heavys are fine, his speed makes up for the low Damage, and you forget centurion is a hybrid... half assassin, he’ll have some assassin type traits in him. “ all of the unblockables” you mean HIS one unblockable which is a charged heavy that usually doesn’t hit unless you’re against a wall? I don’t see any unfair advantages anywhere, either you learn to block and parry or continue to lose against him.

DEVS PLEASE REFRAIN FROM LISTENING TO ALL THE CRYING FORUM BABYS THANK YOU!!

Realistically, your excuse is garbage. Valkyrie heavy crazy slow and does 25 damage so its not fast to compensate for low damage. She is also a hybrid. Also, centurion has more than one unblockable attack. 3 to be exact. Plus he has guaranteed damage on all of them if they hit. Unlike Valkyrie again. He also has serious stamina damage and a great parry punish that attacks both stamina and regular damage and if you're against a wall, it's 65 damage. I'm not saying cent is op per se. He's just a **** character. No fun to play against. Only *****es use cent.

Centurion doesn't have 3 unblockables. He has one. It just so happens to be tied to his heavy chain finishers which can come from 3 directions. Using Valkyrie as a benchmark is a poor argument as 1: they are not the same, and 2: she has yet to even get her rework. Centurion is extremely easy to deal with now-a-days, so much so that he under performs in most aspects. A competent player will have little issues with Centurion, provided they take the time to learn proper ways to counter him. As is the case with ANY hero in this game.

Centurion's neutral heavy is 600ms. and his combo heavy is 500ms. (but since most players buffer their attacks that comboed heavy is 600ms.)
Glad's lights are 500ms from neutral. and 500ms mid combo. but also like centurion buffered lights in glads combo are 600ms.

Centurion does not have faster heavies than your lights.

His heavies only do 25 dmg though (iirc).

A more valid point to raise I think is that the reward for parrying a cent's 600 ms heavy is a light attack, where most vanguards and heavies have 600 ms lights, and the reward for parrying those is a heavy attack. On top of that, a cent can conceivably get two heavies worth of damage off any parry and you can't properly guard break his heavies on start-up.

This is just an observation, really, I'm not saying what or how to change anything, but it does put cent ahead on both ends of the parry stick. Maybe to balance what he gets off a parry his uncharged heavies should count as light parries? But that might just make cents turtle more than they already do.

I’m 100% sure centurion has 1 unblockable but okay keep pulling crap out your ***. Valk is a pretty underperforming character she could use some buffs herself. And only Noobs QQ about cent, most of the roster can do twice the damage cent can with his combo within 2 or 3 hits or just 1 * cough* raider... * cough* HL, * cough* shugoki... hell even Kensei and warden can hit like a truck. Only reason cutscene is hated so much is because once you get caught it’s unavoidable but it’s easy to avoid, compared to getting 2 shotted and losing more hp then the cutscene.

Cent doesn’t need anymore nerfs, I don’t even bother with the guy anymore because he’s crap. They already nerfed the crap out of him directly then with season 5 they nerfed him with the parry changes indirectly now he’s sitting low with those poor valks.

It's not a nerf though, it doesn't directly effect his performance. I'm suggesting that parry rewards be based on attack speed, not attack type. 500 ms zone attacks should also guarantee a heavy riposte.

Furthermore, Centurion has three unblockables, (charged heavy, legion kick, falcon punch). Something like the kick may not directly deal damage, but you can't block it, and it guarantees a followup attack which does deal damage (similar to Warden's shoulder bash), therefore it should absolutely be considered an unblockable.

But you also can't parry legion kick or falcon punch, because while they have unlockable properties, they classify as crowd control maneuvers. And pretty much all of the CC in this game guarantees damage.
