Battle of the Nile [Defend Caesar]
This is more of a feedback than a bug report, since I believe it was no mistake of coding or design for this mission.
I just bought assassin's creed origins not long ago since i've always loved the series and currently own all of them. Decided to buy it cuz I finally have time to breath a little since work have been so exhausting past year.
I always enjoy playing games on the most difficult option available and that's where I can get the most out of it and not find myself getting bored because of easy gameplay and cheesy mechanics.
I currently play with a cursed weapon the and that downgraded my hp to 33%, and that is completely fine for most of the game, I like the risky game play for that extra damage, it makes me be more careful about enemies mechanics and at the same time melt them quickly, transforming my fighting mechanics into a fast careful fast paced mechanics. Most of the times I won't even fight, I love stealth and that's why I have these series in the first place.
However the game threw me in a quest that I have no option other than to get really frustrated for what has been happening. In the Battle of the Nile quest we are unable to move or defend ourselves, and that's intended mechanics you must be precise and quick with your bow and take down enemies before they shoot you. But you also do not have the ability to switch your gear at all, and the game does not throw me back to regular health during this sequence what makes it really impossible to accomplish in Nightmare. I believe I'll have to stop playing for a while and restart my game, I've been through more than 80hrs of game play 51/58 eagle points of interest nearly full map completition to meet my end at this mission. The enemies are incredibly precise with their bows and when a flock of 4-5 enemies comes after the charriot encounter you are most likely to die. In nightmare at 33% hp you die in 2 bow shots and I cannot kill the enemies without shooting them in the head at least twice. So 5 enemies shooting me meanwhile I must godlikely shoot them precisely without any way to dodge is impossible. I've tried the mission around 30 times and everything I do no matter I good I shoot those arrows I end up dead.
I strongly suggest that in this mission you guys set up a health parameter like in the arenas, I do not believe we have our real bow for that mission as it auto picks up a bow for us and we cannot switch from it. So why do we keep on the curse from our regular weapons? How can I work around this or go back in a save where I can switch my weapons before this happens? I'm even whiling to waste those few hours of Aya gameplay to get those weapons switched. If anyone has a suggestion i'd gladly try it out.
Thanks
