    Ubisoft Club - Unable to Connect

    Hi everyone! Really wish I didn't have to create a new thread and make the moderators job harder.

    I'm unable to link my Ubisoft Club account with The Crew 2 Closed Beta. Selecting the "Ubisoft Club" option in the menu does nothing other than a confirmation SFX. Perhaps I'm already linked? Would appreciate some support on this matter. Many thanks!

    Hey there! Appreciate looking this up for me.

    Unfortunately on my end the Ubisoft Club items remain locked, showing evidence that the game is unable to link to my Ubisoft Club account. Is there a way of for me to manually clear the cache or manually pop up the login screen?

    You can clear the consoles cache/temporary files by turning off the console, unplugging it, waiting a minute, plugging it back in and turning it on again.

    Appreciate the tip

    I've come to the conclusion that the game does not know my Ubisoft Club account even exists.

    When I first launched the game, I was asked to login into my Ubisoft Club account, however, even though the details were correct, an error message would pop up claiming that the game was unable to connect to this feature. I skipped the logging screen assuming I could try again later.
    But now that I'm in the game, I cannot force the game to show me that logging screen again. Whenever I try to purchase a Ubisoft Club exclusive item, nothing happens. Selecting the Ubisoft Club option in the NEWS tab does nothing either.

    Is there a way for me to get that logging screen back? Preferably without having to re-install the game.

    Unfortunately outside of clearing the cache, which as you mention didn't help, I'm not sure there's really a way to force it back. There's not really a way to logout of the game in this manner.

    Have you played other Ubisoft games on your console?

    Yes, I have played other Ubisoft title on this very console. Even went back to them to ensure they were still connected to Ubisoft Club - and they are.

    Perhaps it's only a slight oversight for the Closed Beta. I'd appreciate if you guys could pass on this feedback to the developers, to ensure this doesn't happen in the full game.

    I'm satisfied with the support given me in this thread, and although I couldn't successfully fix the problem, I'm ok with it since this is only the Closed Beta period and it won't have an effect on my progression for the full game.
