    I miss the towers

Im not saying the map should be unlocked via towers. I dig the way they reveal stuff in fc5 and its a more natural evolution of the world. But i did/do like the towers. Ive climbed a few in fc3 classic and remembered what a cool idea they were.
In far cry 6 i would love for them to bring the towers back in some capacity. Even if they are there just for the sake if being there with no actual mechanics associated with them, having something big to climb in the fps platformer style would be nice. The sniping and base jumping possibilities alone make them worthwhile.

I don't miss. And not against it. But towers opened a part of the map, and that was a spoiler. When you see the territory before exploring it yourself - this is a spoiler! The land on which the gamer has not set foot should be unknown - unknown place. I will go and find out myself what is there.....where is a river and where is a forest. Exploration is more interesting than following the map. Columbus doesn't had any map of new lands.....Let us feel like him. Don't show the map before! There was nothing bad in towers. Climbing them was like a puzzle. But they were like spoilers. And towers should be protected a bit by enemies......

I was glad they dropped them personally. I didn't hate them to the level many others seem to, but I found them a pain - especially the complex ones. For me the Prepper Stashes have taken their place, and do the whole 'puzzle' thing much better.

Removing the necessity was a good idea yes. I dont think simply having something similar in the world in various places would do any harm. We have some base jumping spots around the edges of the map as is. I just think it would be nice to have some genuinely tall structures around the map to shoot and jump off.

Prepper stashes was a "spice" of Far Cry 5. Far Cry 6 must have its own "spices"! By the way, we have these road signs in the game......What about making some parts of Far Cry 6 without map?! Or give the map later. Lost somewhere in jungles or in remoted settlement....without map....rather realistic and immersive. Think about it! It will be also a good puzzle - finding the way orienting road signs, or mountains, sun, river. We can be send somewhere pointing by hand and saying, for example - "There, beyond the river there is a hill, behind this hill you will find his wooden hut."Game without map - is not so insane idea as it may seems! (But at first..... I see angry gamers filling this forum - "What? Is it a joke or what?! Where is a map??? Are you smoking there or making a game?!!!" But later they will thank you!)

With such immersive road signs no need in map.......

IMO they kinda replaced towers with Prepper Stash clues and puzzles, which I'm OK with.

As a thing with an activity associated with it yes. As a thing required for completion yes. The stashes are a good alternative. Im not saying to the contrary.
Let me say it another way.
Next game, i want some big **** i can climb up and jump off again. There doesn't need to be a reason other than fun. And i dont want then to tie it to progress or map reveals. I just want some big stuff climb, shoot off and jump off with my wing suit.
Be it radio towers or sculpted rocks or statues or whatever. Just put proper designed climbing paths up it, and let me jump off again 🙂

Air drops are enough for me as far as the wing suit. Of course there are a few towers here and there in FC5. A couple more like FC3/4 I might enjoy.
