Game runs fine but have no sound | Forums

No sound in game at all. Cutscenes and in game. Checked TV volume (obviously) and in-game volume settings. Tried exiting game and restarting xbox. No results. Any suggestions?

same here. After be playing about a hour the sound dissapear. reset game and console and nothing. The sound in the main menu works but qhen you enter to the game you can't hear anything

Hi Guys, please ensure that the correct audio settings enabled for your sound system, I.E if you have a normal TV, it should be set to Stereo 2.0 or 2.1. If you have it set up to Surround 5.0 or 7.0, the speakers will not be present in order to output the sound. In case of doubt, always revert back to 2.0 Stereo mode.

nothing of that works. the sound was working perfectly during 50 minutes and then disappear

Same issue here. Audio cuts after clicking continue from main menu. It is not an issue of settings it is an issue with this game.

Still no update from ubi. On Twitter they responded to me and blamed my stuff until I sent them a video. Then they stopped helping. I guess some of us wont get to play the beta

Same Issue, the first run of the game on xbox one X had sound, but since then , not a single sound when i launch the game , i had the exact same issue with the ONRUSH beta, exact same issue, the sound works again only when u exit the game and come back to the dashboard, so please stop asking if it's our sound system that have issues, cos all my 454 games works with sounds and music on xbox one X... i really think that this issue is only happening to insider's members , cos i had the exact same thing with ONRUSH , i've had rebooted my xbox, reinstalled the game, same thing happenned... so i'm starting to wonder if this maybe has something to do with the fact that alpha insiders or lower have issues with all futures beta's , maybe cos in the code something is telling the console that is it a beta, cos i do not understand why it happens 2 times a row on the same month... i can still play it, but zero sound comes out...

guys, i find a provisional solution. you have to play with headphones connected. I see this problem in other games , is seems some problem with the multiplayer sound with the new games. forza motorsport 7 solve this a fer weeks ago after an update because was happening to me in that game too
