The more I think of it, I think we will see a Chinese hero, or maybe a whole faction. I know that Ubisoft have an office there which produces art and 3D-models for the game, so the step is probably not far. The market is also huge in China, at least of they are allowed to play the game. The government are pretty hard with censoring content that isn't to their liking.
The point is just, that an Arabic hero wouldn't really be much different from a knight.
Both had proper armour like chain mails, plate armour, etc
Both had similar weapons like swords (straight or curved), greatswords, spears, halberds, etc
The only real difference is that curved swords are more made for cutting and straight swords more for thrusting.
True but then again look at the Samurai in this game living in a thick jungle-like swamp land instead of a more traditional Japanese forest. The warrior and the background don't always match.Originally Posted by Armosias Go to original post

You got me there mate. Could still be in favor of pirates or middle east though.Originally Posted by Vakris_One Go to original post
I saw a thread here suggesting a mercenary faction to "dump" some more or less random warriors, could also be this.
That weapon in particular inst a Cutlass. Well, it may be, but there is a whole other selection that could indicate it's not JUST a Cutlass.Originally Posted by Tyrjo Go to original post
It can be a Biziting Empire's infantry sword
It can be a Scimitar
It can be a Chinese Nandao
There is also a lot more of what this hero could be. However evidence shows that this new hero isnt a Knight. Given that they attack the Warden (also, the blade doesn't stop it just goes into slo mo)
