I'm having the same issue as everyone else. Got a congrats email saying I made it into the beta and got a code but the code cannot be redeemed is the PlayStation store. North America region I believe, unless there is an other category. I live in Guam so whatever region that is 🤣🤣

Keep getting the same error as everyone where the code won’t go through when I type it in PSN Store. I am in the North American Region and got my code from registering into the closed beta a good few months ago.

In the Continental United States

Got my codes early yesterday (2:30pm EDT 5/29/18)

Both of the master codes for PS4 are invalid. Spewing both the (WC-40371-5) + (WC-40378-2) errors.

I had used a Guaranteed Access code to register both accounts on the website. Then was sufficiently supplied codes 5-6 hours later.

Still not working as of time posting. 7:52am EDT


On my PS4 Pro the codes won't even push past the error screen.

Whereas my phone and computer would push past the error and give me an option to redeem the beta. But when you would go to select the "Redeem" option it would push an error. Now they will not push past the errors and gives them to you up front.

After I try it from the psn store, from the PC it says the code is not available in this region.

Region is North America USA
