Hi all,
I had got the original email saying I had been chosen and all. So i sent my friend a friend-code. He got the email but when he follows the instructions but when it says register your account an error pops up saying he has already signed up.
Can anyone help?

I was accepted into the closed beta (PS4), via a community access code. My account shows I've been accepted into the PS4 beta, as well, but I have not received an email with a code to use.

I invited my friend to join me on the Closed Beta 2 days ago. He got his confirmation email yesterday with which he pressed the button get your access. It has now been roughly 2 days since I sent the invite as as of now he hasn’t recieved an email or been given in any way a code to use on his PS4. Help!

I'm having the same issue, never received a code via email, I did win one on twitter from the Velocity TV channel & it doesn't work, just received it 2 hours ago.

Friends not receiving first confirmation email.

I’m in western Canada I received my beta code for PS4 and it works fine. Sent 1 invite yesterday to 1 friend and has still not received an email, (he is also on PS4 and lives in western Canada)

Sent invite to other friend this morning and they have not received any emails yet( also is on PS4 and lives in western Canada)

This is very frustrating at the least. I’m sorry Ubisoft but this is a horrible system you have created and needs to be turfed! For future projects just send all four codes to the main user for they then can give them out as they please.

Fix this ASAP please!

This same thing happened last time, sent out no working codes, I had to sit on the phone with Ubisoft for 2 hrs just for them to say it's a Playstation problem, call Sony & they say it's Ubisoft's problem, I'm not calling this time around, if the key I have doesn't work then I miss out I guess.

I have not seen a reply or solution to the topic and the weekend is almost over. My code for PS4 US region sent from Ubisoft is invalid and my friends have not received there’s. After highly any
ticipating this event, we will no longer be supporting this game. It was a tough call between this and other choice, thanks for helping us to decide.

Still no code recieved by my friend HoLeeEthan after I invited him Andy he confirmed his first email. We have been waiting all of Friday and Saturday but nothing has happened. the beta ends in a few days! We also contact Ubisoft Supoort who told us that we just had to wait! We have been waiting for days! Can someone please respond to us to either tell us why this isn’t working or give us a solution!
