I am having an issue where my friend says he sent me the email with the beta access, however it is not working and is not sending to me at all. Please fix this. I am playing on ps4.

Now, the email sent, but it brings me to a screen that just says "You are already registered".

Email from Ubisoft "you've been selected for The Crew 2 Closed Beta"

Which region are you in?
North America

Error:
PS4 Redeem Code = WC-40376-0 "The code you entered may not be correct or may no longer valid".

I got my key emailed to me, I’m currently in Japan but my account is in the USA region.
When I I enter the code it gives me “the code you entered may not be correct or may no longer be valid” with an error code ( WC-40376-0)

i got a beta invite from my friend. When i click the accept beta invite, it takes me to the main crew 2 page and says i am already registered. So nothing happens.

This is extremely disappointing Ubisoft! I was waiting anxiously to play this Beta and it still gives me the same error, that the code is invalid for this region!
