Hi everyone,

There are different ways to participate to the The Crew 2 - Closed Beta:

1. Receiving an access confirmation email after registration to the Beta webpage

Your The Crew 2 - Closed Beta key will be available on your confirmation email.

2. Receiving an invite from a friend already participating to the Closed Beta.

(Please note: you can only invite players three times with your key)

(Please note that you can only invite friends sharing the same gaming platforms as yours and same geographical restrictions are applicable (all countries eligible except Japan, China & North Korea).)

Use the confirmation link available on the invitation email to request the sending of a second email containing your Closed Beta key.

3. From a third party, Discord, Reddit, Twitter, Facebook etc.

These keys generally have a user amount limitation and once the limitation has been reached, they will no longer work.

If you have received a beta key and it is not working, please could you let us know a few details?

Where did you get your key from? Email, friend, another source?

Which region are you in?

I have received key through email from registration.
I am in the North America USA region.

Key when input says "This Prepaid card cannot be redeemed. Please try again later"

I got my key in the email from registration on the Ubisoft The Crew 2 Closed Beta website page. it does not work. I am on PS4, my PS ID is DNS_Racing_1 and my key number is:

Also, when I follow link to closed beta site from the congratulations email you sent me with the key, the site now says "already registered for PC"????? I did register for thje PC too, but the PS4 key/email I got takes me to a page that references the PC?? weird...

the error message is this: "The code you entered may not be correct or may no longer be valid. Please check your entry. (WC-40371-5)


Please help/advise.

(Edit/Update) NOTE: I just recieved another key for my other PS4 Account (MadSteve007) and it too DOES NOT WORK AND GIVES THE SAME ERROR MESSAGE......... FYI......

I am living in Kuwait, but my account is in the USA region
It says "The code may not be correct or may no longer be valid"

I had the same problem. I am in the North American region. When I tried preload the game after entering my code, this message showed up. "The code you entered may not be correct or may no longer be valid. Please check your entry. (WC-40371-5)." This message occurred every time I tried again, too. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Same as the others, registered for PS4 beta last year, got the code in an email last night (29th) does not work.
