Have code for ps4 but on pc doesn't have copy of game in "my games"

Good day! I have on the official website of the game says that I participate in the closed beta test (welcome from may 31 to June 4), and the letter never came? and in uplay there is no download? What is the reason for this?

Hey there Dim4ek59rus, if your code is for PS4, it won't show on PC.

The vehicles aren’t picking up any speed. Top speed is 35 mph. Tried reinstalling and still the same problem. Very disappointed. I was looking forward to this and can’t play.
