There's a few things I wish we could see added to the options menu for user config settings.

  1. Disable Camera Auto-Centering
  2. Save HUD Presets
  3. Music Volume Slider
  4. Unbind Key Option
  5. TAB as a Usable Key Bind
  6. Give Keyboard/Mouse the Split Yaw/Roll Ability

An explanation of each:

1. Disable Camera Auto-Centering - I don't always want to be looking dead-center, especially during flight. A delay edit, a hard-disable, or even a key to reset the camera of this would be very much welcomed.

2. Saving HUD Presets - I mentioned it before in another of my threads, and I would still like the option to have my HUD settings saved. I play with the majority of the excess HUD elements turned off, but not the entire HUD off. As someone who frequently takes vanity screenshots, when I turn the HUD off to take photos, I have to manually go through and tune it back to my liking over again. Even a hotkey to toggle the HUD would be welcomed.

3. Music Volume Slider - I generally turn music off completely in games, but there are a lot of the stingers and situational music tones (such as when you've been spotted, you're in combat) that help with gameplay. There's no way to adjust the volume, so I can either be with the musical/audio cues disabled, or I can deal with the blaring banjo music.

4. Unbind Keys - Right now you can unbind keys by binding the same keystroke to another function, but this should be a thing we can do directly. I have the majority of my keys unbound, such as the Fishing Rod or Blowtorch, and it would be nice to be able to directly unbind them.

5. TAB as a Usable Key Bind - I'm not alone in this, because I've seen many threads requesting TAB be added to the list of valid key bindings. I don't know how the internal system works, but the game allows you to input TAB as a key stroke, but the game blocks it with the red blocked symbol. This tells me the key is programmed to be recognized, but is blocked for some technical reason.

6. Give Keyboard/Mouse the Split Yaw/Roll Ability - I noticed gamepads have been given the option to split the yaw/roll inputs of flight to different buttons. While this is nice that it was addressed for gamepads, why was it not also included with keyboard/mouse support as well? Granted I don't have a look at the internal systems, but I would assume the controls are merely aliased to the different schemes, and as such, it seems like it would be trivial to allow those of us who don't own gamepads to be able to perform the same control inputs.
