How do you beat centurion when both players play perfect?

Tl;dr : when can i safely parry centurion heavies that arent full charged?

So lets assume both players parry everything that is possible to parry and dodge everything that is possible to dodge.

Then the only character that can still do anything is cent using heavies and heavy-sf-gbs all the time. And in the end you lose because he chips you down. Because you cant risk going for a parry and getting gbd instead.

Is there any tell that the heavy is committed? Like unless he full charges which is obvious right, you can basically never parry his heavies , so then you just lose because you cant attack since the other guy is playing perfect and everything you do gets punished and hes not using any of the terrible other moves centurion has.

I assume theres some sort of window when the indicator flickers and after which you can safely assume his heavy is going out? Im pretty sure ive seen the **** flicker and him still canceling into gb. Ive tried A LOT but cant parry that **** consistently without getting gbd half the ****ing time against actual players. Pretty much gave up on trying at this point..

    Educate me please.
