Full rundown of the rest of the reworks/tweaks. Including dlc characters.
Full details of exactly how they're planning on nerfing the nonpassive feats.
Full details on how they're gonna solve the deathball/over use of Cc problem.
And just the all around bugs and glitches.
We don't care about new modes, characters and cosmetics (though that stuff is nice). We care more about the health of the game which is not doing so well.
There's a lot riding on this for me. I'm really hoping to hear a least one of these. I really don't want to put For Honor on the virtual shelf.
As Wobbleshnort has implied, E3 is more geared towards announcements as opposed to more detailed talks about the game and its mechanics. While we believe those kind of talks are very important and pertinent to the community, we typically reserve them to the Warrior's Den streams, our patch notes or the forums.Originally Posted by Wobbleshnort Go to original post
If you are riding on E3 to answer every point listed, you may be disappointed. Many of the things you listed have been topics during the weekly livestreams at one point or another and are better suited for it than E3.Originally Posted by Baggin_ Go to original post
For the reworks, at this time they are only focused on revamping the original 12 heroes. These updates are in progress, but the next set of reworks/major balance changes are not yet set in stone. Once we have finalized changes, we'll look to share them with players.
Feats have been a consistent point brought up by the community. There's no news to share on any adjustments being incoming in the near future, but if there are they'll be in the patch notes.
Not too long ago we asked for everyone's feedback hear on Deathball/Ganking in a thread dedicated to it. We have forwarded it and all the other threads that have appeared, both before and after the creation of the dedicated thread, over to the team. They are currently looking over the feedback and are using it to investigate the best ways to address the problem without disrupting other aspects of the game.
As for various bugs/glitches, we look to readily address them as we are made aware of them. As always, you can report it here along with any evidence showcasing the issue or with the support team, at support.ubi.com.
And this is why Ubisoft is not taken seriously by its players and why events like the "hero tournament" end up being the laughing stock of the internet.Feats have been a consistent point brought up by the community. There's no news to share on any adjustments being incoming in the near future, but if there are they'll be in the patch notes.
Did you fall on your head? Who is we?!?!?!Originally Posted by Baggin_ Go to original post
I want to see exactly this on E3 and very most of all a new Mode called "Siege" !!!
If it's not finally more impressive ways to play the game, I gonna make a year long break from this game maybe. Dominion my fav Mode doesn't entertain me even a bit anymore. Not because of Deathball, but because it's monotone gameplay.
Ubi better brings some big stuff, or this game is never going to be as big as it could be and deserves to be PERIOD !!!
The issues relating to the Hero Series Tournament were fixed 3 days later in Patch 1.11. While some players may feel we don't address issues at a preferred pace, make no mistake that the team is committed to bringing continued improvement to the game.Originally Posted by We.the.North Go to original post
We wouldn't be coming to E3 if we didn't have something cool to showoff.Originally Posted by Illyrian_King Go to original post![]()
Look, I'm all for new modes, characters and everything like that. The thing is though, there's a time for it and right now unfortunately is not the time. There are way too many issues in the game that absolutely need to be addressed before anything new should even be considered.
When I say "we" I mean the majority of the threads I read are full of complaints about the games flaws that haven't been fixed or really even really been talked about on the dens.
I would much rather have a fully functioning balanced game before anything else.
I'm also afraid that adding anything new when the core mechanics of the game are out of wack will only further break the game.
It would also be nice if the den would occasionaly show us on these "official ubisoft forums" some attention instead of always looking at reddit where it's full of memes and stuff that's not even trying to help the game improve.
I've read a lot of really good and constructive ideas on here that seem to go unnoticed by the devs during the streams. So when a mod comes on here and say's "I've passed the info along" it sure doesn't feel like it.
Well anyways that's my frustration with what's happening. If you've managed to make it through my book I commend you.
