Why does this happen: I join a game that’s already been going on for several minutes and I don’t have any feats unlocked and have to start from scratch. No biggie there. But the next game I join that’s already been going for several minutes again, I’ve got my level one feat already unlocked or the bar is half full. What determines me having feats or progress in feats when I join games?
