But I have been stuck in multiple waiting queues for ranked for over 1 hour. and this isn't the first time.
Every week Im sitting here waiting to find a game.
I'm not even high ranking. I'm bronze

How can you find this acceptable for your game?
I could have finished several matches of a different game in this time frame.

When I quit the game and reload, it tells me to reconnect to a ranked game.
I'm not in a ranked game. I've been waiting for one.
