    Update from today seems to work

    It Looks like the Update from today solved the Problem, loosing the DLC Content on travelling and death.

    My Version is the Gold Edition on PC.

    So the life ending issue has been fixed, lol

    While I can understand (as a person who bought the Gold edition) the LIGHT irritation this bug may have caused and the small delay in getting a patch out (not just an instant gratification hotfix) this thread serves as a prime example of why gamers, especially console gamers, are considered manbabies and raving lunatics,

    I'm not an employee of Ubisoft, I'm not here to suck up to them, not here to defend them (some of the customer service responses were comical)... I just came here to say if you act like absolute entitled pieces of who knows what why would anybody want to help you? You do realize they have the money right? It's in everyone's interests to come across intelligently, report the issue, get a little frustrated and CONTROL it, and then take appropriate action.

    What you have here is the exact reason why customer service is the way it is, why corporations don't HAVE to (or want to) immediately satiate the needs of a group of whining, crass, illiterate neckbeards/terribly raised children. I cannot believe how some of you thought your insane rantings and posts would be taken seriously. You were not robbed; you suffered from a bug that prevented you from using overpowered weapons to make the game a cakewalk and then you cried publicly on a forum and insulted/threatened the only entity that could help you.... this is the definition of stupidity and the exact reason why things are the way they are today.

    Did you honestly think all of this moaning and crying to a corporation was going to do anything? Did you not think they were on top of it? There was a new patch, E3, Far Cry 3, The Vietnam FC5 DLC coming out, and god knows what else for a plethora of other games and projects.

    Most of you need a good education and therapy... the mocking posts in this thread were deserved. I got irritated for a few minutes and moved on with my life because I knew it would be fixed and my progress WOULDN'T CHANGE. You people are the reason gamers are seen as raving lunatics and crybabies... because it's true and there is a reality outside your parents' basements.

    Holy sh*t... I wouldn't have said anything but this generation, this crop of people, are so out of their minds they can't even write a post coherently.

    So from all the silent, grateful majority.... thanks for the heap of content and the fixes/additions Ubisoft. Perhaps now you can attend to the personal therapy sessions of those whose lives were so destroyed by this grievous attack on their gaming O_o

    To those looking to respond to this, don't embarrass yourself... but also come at me bro

    Hmmm...... the only thing I want, is a good testing before releasing an patch. This seems not to be happend, as this bug came across all platforms, which had been seen, when there had been a correct testing.
    So for me the feeling came up, that I shall be the unpaid and cheap Beta Tester......

    People that comes to say who is good, who is bad, who is stupid and who isn"t, are just like us.
    You don't have anything to do in your life, so you come here to teach us life. Wooow so smart.

    If you buy a beautiful car with full option, and after a gas refill you don't have your electric glasses, climatisation, snow tires and an other painting, you'll beat the man who did this, even if he says "don't worry, it will be fixed in a month".
