    I believe the problem is they are trying and designing things fitting well for PC.

    For console, Orochi lights are far too fast, with an assassin it is very difficult to block them..

    But BTW i think he is balanced now.

    And others Char are too fast on lights as well as Conq, Pk or Musha (during chain).

    Its absolutely ridiculious on the console.

    Orochi players completely stopped feinting everybody is just light spamming.

    I never managed to parry an orochi out of lighth combo. Blocks are hit and miss.

    I agree with Siegfried. Heroes above are are extremely hard to even block. Its not about reaction. Its about system in hand cant cope with that speed. I wonder they ever actually try on console how managable it is.

    Yeah i agree, especially with all the lag. What happened to deficated servers and lag compensation? The Game is awful Lots Of games laggy as hell. I cant Believe i paid full price for this Game which is still in beta stage...

    I completely agree, I've recently started getting into warlord, because I need a character with full block just to compete now, and conq is super cheesy. We need seperate balancing for pc and console. Light spam is the new meta.

    New? Light spam was the meta since the Shinobi was released in S3.

    Its not just a console issue. Its bad on PC as well (I play on both). Orochi as he is right now is amazing for anyone who plays as him. That however doesn't make him "good" and "balanced". Due to his speed and moveset he's a hero with Zero-Risk High reward play.

    He can now get 2-3 free hits if the first isn't blocked because the opponent's hero can't recover his guard stance (black indicator) by the time the next two attacks land. Multiple heroes are currently shutdown outright. Shugoki and Warden are the ones that literally can't do anything unless they manage to OOO the orochi somehow. There isn't a single move that a warden or Shugoki have that can match the speed of any of the Orochi moves. So even attempting to heavy + feint + heavy or even heavy + feint + light is practically suicide because in the time you do one or the other the orochi can land 2-4 hits.

    His storm rush is ludicrous now. Not only is it a near guessing game from which direction it might come, but it gives the orochi another free attack if it lands. Add to this the ridiculous distance it can close especially if initiated with a top attack which further extends the reach AND if the tracking kicks in right at the end it will extend slightly further still.

    Right now hes is just as frustrating to fight as a Cent or a competent Shinobi. Not fun at all.

    It's all fine and good to talk about balance but don't spread misinformation please. He doesn't get free hits from anything in his kit. You're just not used to the speed. Or the new orochi. And you're seeking to blame something besides yourself. Give it time. and practice against him in training.
