The report button can be found in the settings menu of your game. Thanks very much for letting us know about suspicious behavior!

And where exactly is this settings menu ?

The settings menu can be found by hitting the phone icon on the top right corner of the screen. Then you can swipe swipe left on the phone that comes up to summon the icons for the settings menu, messages, stats, Facebook, and Twitter.
