PVP Pack di not load | Forums

I paid for a PVP pack refresh today, won two quick games, and tapped the "Open Pack" button. The screen dimmed as if the pack was opening, but no pack ever appeared. I let the game sit for about ten minutes and no pack appeared. The counter for the pvp pack refresh was counting down this whole time. I rebooted the game and it loads and functions as normal, just never gave me that pvp pack. Suggestions?

Sometimes the game will catch in the middle of opening a pack. When that happens, the game is built to slide the new cards into your deck quietly, without the usual notifications. Let me know if you feel your deck is unchanged, and I can take a look at this on my end of things. Thanks!
