In a group of two yesterday in the DZ I suddenly get the message that one of our group has gone rogue, he hadn't he was standing right next to me. I get triggered to rogue status without doing anything. My buddy standing right next to me who still isn't rogue then leaves the group, triggers rogue status himself and attacks me.
How on earth did this happen?
a) if you are on Xbox check your D-pad up button, known issue in that it sticks and this causes you to go Rogue. Happened to a friend last week in the middle of clearing the Boiler Room.
b) Sound like you need better friends. If any of my buddies did that to me they would be unfriended-no discussion required.
Nope, not on Xbox, I use a PC and it's not possible to go rogue accidentally, you have to hit two separate keys together shift and ZOriginally Posted by thecaveman991 Go to original post
Also the message I got was that a member of my team had gone rogue, not me - although the outcome was that it was me that went rogue
I should point out the random I'd teamed up with ended up on the floor, not me, as I'd suspected something odd was going on and I already had my M4 levelled at his head when he went rogue
I didn't notice any lag before this, game was pretty fluid and the whole thing took place over minutes not secondsOriginally Posted by mckrackin5324 Go to original post
If he went rogue and took me with him, how come he had to initiate rogue status again after leaving our group?
I'm afraid this game is just full of bugs, hackers and cheaters now and I think I'm going to pack the DZ in all together until I hear some sort of promise from the developers about anti-cheat in Division 2
If it doesn't come I probably won't be back
