[FEEDBACK][SUGGESTION][CAMPAIGN] Add more rules/ specific objectives to the missions
Dear Ubisoft,
Operation WATCHMAN was awesome. It had something which (in my opinion) was lacking in the main campaign. And that was requirements/rules. “Meet with Sam Fisher by 04:00. Don’t be detected and don’t kill any enemies.”. Requirements/rules like these make the game far more interesting and the story more engaging. Missions that are more than just “kidnap, escort, steal or kill”. After a few hours the main campaign felt a little repetitive and killing the buchons became uninteresting. There was no special way to kill the boss or a required way. There was no challenge in the story.
I know the whole Idea for GRW was to give us full freedom, however it was too much freedom. So much that it made playing the campaign boring after some time. We do have the community challenges, extreme difficulty and tier one mode, but these challenges don’t add anything to the story.
Operation WATCHMAN was just perfect. It had a story and a suitable challenge which made the gameplay interesting and also add a splinter cell feeling to the story. These challenges weren’t just difficult, but they were difficult in their own way.
So, to conclude: make the missions more interesting by adding a few rules or conditions on how we have to complete these missions. But not just any rules or condition. Add rules and conditions that add another layer of depth to the story.
For example: scare a buchon who is superstitious by killing his bodyguard in a particular order, but first block every escape opportunity so he can’t escape.
Thanks to the developers of this awesome game.
And to my fellow ghosts please let me know what you think about this.
