    UBI does not plan to raise the number of players(6V6) in multiplayer

    UBI does not plan to raise the number of players(6V6) in multiplayer, but plan to rise play time for 10 to maybe 15 min.
    What point is play 15 min smal maps and only TDM and DM.Shovel doddger and Smaal soldiers, pairot ship , o my good
    What you think, most UBI increase palyers in multy, for example 6V6 to 8V8 or 10V10?
    Lot of UBi and fan made maps in multy is so big that you 90% of time looking were are enemis!

    This is probably due to memory, optimization, and netcode limitations. And it would not be an easy fix. It is not just putting in 4 more players. Even if Ubisoft managed to increase the player count, existing user made maps that are nearly maxed out in memory would probably be unplayable with additional players. So maps that people spent 20+ hours making beautiful would be broken. This would anger too many people. I guess you could keep the player count at 12 for those maps, but if we played from a 16 player lobby to a 12 player lobby, what would happen to those 4 players that are booted? This ship has sailed away.

    OK you are right, i am not IT specialist.Yes but i think solution is possible, but its cost money. UBI make to lobby for multyplaier on 6V6 and 10V10.
    But 10V10 cost extra money and you must by it.And mapmeikers must disaide make map for 6V6 lobby or 10V10 lobby. i think 90 % map makers make 10V10 maps, bigger
    maps more nice things.But you right, UBI is colected our money, the multy is disaster and you have coise leave or play this crap. Kids play, serious players leave!

    6v6 is not the problem, the problem is a very poor thought out mp map hosting system, we asked them for fc2 style hosting options since fc3, but as always they thought they could create a better system, they were wrong every time in fc3,fc4 and now fc5. i think now they are begining to see how wrong they were to ignore us. only the fc2 style for hosting custom maps in multiplayer works, all other ubisoft ideas for hosting in fc3,fc5 have failed big time, that's 100% fact. it's the reason 70% of map builders have left fc5. i will always be around, but im not sure about other map makers. fingers crossed ubisoft saves the mapping community with fc2 style hosting options for fc5. fc5 with no fc2 hosting DEAD. fc5 with fc2 style hosting ALIVE AND KICKING. come on ubi do the right thing, please dont let us down.

    I agree, 6v6 is terrible.
    Since ive been playing FC, the numbers have been going down. It now wouldnt surprise me if FC6 will be 3v3 or 4v4.
    IMO it should be going the other way, or ultimately the devs are against evolution, and tech improvements...and getting worse at there jobs!

    BF3 on xbox had 32 players.
    BF4 on xbox had 64 players.

    Yep doubled the numbers, which improved the maps in terms of fun and action...which in essence is why we play!
    Im not saying FC should have 64 players (tho it would be cool). But i think it needs to be 12v12 at least.

    Tho for sure...theres MANY other problems. But for me, this is one of the big ones..and one of the many disappointments that came with this game

    It was suggested that 8v8 should be an absolute minimum long before release and to scrap any kind of matchmaking, bringing back player hosted lobbies.

    If Ubi didn't plan to make this current MP the way it is where alot of people do not like it and are leaving the game then I think they will have regrets from, yet again, not listening to sound advice from the community here.

    It would actually help if they entered into discussions here too where they could say what they think makes a good MP and we can help them improve it and find out why they have so many misconceptions.

    Yes you are correct...if you are talking about making deathmatch more players. But a new mode can intro more players. Many games do this. One game mode has 12 v12 while another has 5v5 and yet another mode has 64v64. leave deathmatch at 6v6 but then intro a new game mode like capture the flag or similar and you can up the players. Now, their current engine may just allow for the six...and sure they just didn't want Arcade to have longevity. They wanted an extra perk to add to the Game for more sales. What they should do is make it more powerful and have it as a free to play game for all ubi players. I metioned this same idea in my last post, so I won't go into all the same details but a more powerful independent from Far Cry 5, Free -to-Play Arcade game would really have lasting positive effects for Ubisoft and thier player base. Like I said I already mentioned this in more detail in one of my other posts.
